Rastoni Villa is a brand new two-storey retreat designed to offer magical views from every corner, both indoors and outdoors. We promise our guests enchanting sunrises in the morning and serene relaxation under the starry sky at night.
Located in the picturesque area of Kalyviani, near the famous Balos Lagoon and Falasarna beach, Rastoni Villa is the perfect base for exploring the surroundings while enjoying a peaceful retreat under the Mediterranean sun.
Indoor Facilities
Luxury and modern design define the contemporary architecture of Rastoni Villa. Upon entering the ground floor, you'll find a spacious open area with a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for unleashing your inner MasterChef. The breathtaking panorama will inspire your culinary creativity.
The living room, with its expansive windows, creates a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor spaces, offering stunning sea views from every angle.
The ground floor also features the first bedroom, our Universal Access room, designed to accommodate guests with mobility needs. This room includes twin beds (convertible to a king size upon request), an ensuite bathroom, hairdryer, A/C, safe box, and a balcony with a sea view. Additionally, there is a shared WC suitable for all guests.
Upper Level
On the upper level of our villa, you'll find three more bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and luxurious amenities:
- Superior Bedroom: King size bed (2.00×2.00), single sofa bed, ensuite bathroom with shower, hairdryer, A/C, mini fridge, safe box, and a balcony with pool and sea views.
- Serenity Bedroom: King size bed (1.80×2.00), ensuite bathroom with shower, hairdryer, A/C, mini fridge, safe box, and a balcony with pool and sea views.
- Elegant Bedroom: King size bed (1.70×2.00), ensuite bathroom with shower, hairdryer, A/C, mini fridge, safe box, and a balcony with sea views.

Whether with a book in hand or a drink by your side, find your perfect spot for sunbathing. The swimming pool, with a child section, and the lounge space with a firepit, provide ideal spots to relax.
